Produced at Château Roubine by famed winemaker Valerie Rousselle, this wine comes from a selection of organically cultivated plots in Côtes de Provence. Chateau Roubine is one of the oldest wine estates in France. Thanks to the night harvest, this cuvée benefits from a very short skin maceration at low temperature for a few hours, which reveals an abundance of aromas and finesse in this refined wine.
Dressed in a radiant salmon pink, this rosé is effortlessly stylish from the first glance. The bouquet opens with the flirty freshness of cherries, strawberries, and sun-kissed peaches, with a whisper of cool, stony elegance in the background. Light-bodied and refined, it struts across the palate with ripe red berries and stone fruit, while subtle mineral undertones add a sleek, polished edge. A refined rosé that's perfect as a pre-dinner sipper or paired with a light, summery spread-think fresh Mediterranean flavors. This wine is the perfect accessory for rooftop soirées, poolside lounging, or that golden-hour glow-up.
