Shirah Arneis 2023

Introducing our inaugural varietal Arneis, originating from Piemonte, Italy. Known for its fresh orchard fruit notes and mild acidity, it's an easy-drinking white meant for early enjoyment. Grown at Bovino Vineyard in Paso Robles' El Pomar district, the grapes benefit from cool nights and hot days, resulting in full ripening while maintaining acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve pure fruit flavors, with no malolactic fermentation to retain crisp acidity. This refreshing white, focused on fruit and esters, pairs perfectly with food and summer weather.
