Signature Collection 2.0

The Signature Case is a box of twelve bottles that are easy to drink and easy to enjoy. 

Inside, the whites are fresh and balanced, with Feudi di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo 2022, Otter & Fox Fiano (Sierra Foothills) 2024, Odem Mountain Volcanic Riesling 2021, and Binyamina Chosen Onyx Chardonnay. It runs from crisp and mineral to round and more structured, with the Chardonnay bringing some depth without getting heavy.

The rosés are clean, light, and versatile: Hajdu Rosé 2025, Château Roubine Rosé, Covenant Rosé, and Matar by Pelter Rosé. Straightforward, refreshing, and easy to pair with pretty much anything.

The reds bring flavor without being overpowering: Pescaja Barbera d’Asti Soliter, Nana Estate Grenache 2023, Shiloh Legend Ittai Honi 2023, and Herzog Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Lake County) 2022. Good structure, good fruit, nothing too heavy.
