This Rosé is primarily crafted from whole cluster pressed Grenache, a variety renowned for its suitability in producing rosé, thanks to its lighter color, delightful fruit flavors, and superb acidity. Fermented and stored in stainless steel until bottling, this approach ensures that the wine's freshness and purity are allowed to shine, unencumbered by the influence of oak flavor or texture. The result is a rosé that is remarkably light and refreshing, boasting a crystal-clear mouthfeel and elegant acidity. Its fresh, delicate, and precisely delineated flavors make it the perfect companion when served chilled on a scorching summer day, whether by the poolside or alongside summer dishes.
