After a one year hiatus due to the devastating wild fires and resulting smoke taint all along the West Coast in 2020, our Knights Valley Cabernet is back. Knights Valley is on the eastern edge of Sonoma Valley where it borders Napa Valley. Our vineyard is about 1.5-2 miles away from Napa’s Diamond Mountain AVA. Low yielding hillside Cabernet vines deliver a world class Cab Sauv showing powerful, ripe cherry and cassis notes along with Sonoma’s classic capsicum flair.

Nose: Classic, North Coast Cabernet/flinty capsicum, leather, tobacco, cassis, ripe black cherry, subtle vanilla/toast.

Palate: Full, rich, intense. Awesome massive tannin profile, black cherry fruit, tobacco. 

Decant for: An hour of decanting will allow this wine to open up nicely.

Pair with: Standing rib roast
