Shirah Brodeux BroTwo 2020

Inspired by the Right Bank of Bordeaux, we blended Cabernet Franc and Merlot which tend to make more elegant styled wines than the weightier Cabernet Sauvignon based blends of the Left Bank. The Happy Canyon AVA is arguably  from the most Bordelaise growing regions in California so naturally it’s well suited to conveying Bordeaux’s distinctive flavors, with our Cabernet Franc’s earthy, flinty capsicum and Merlot’s delicate red fruit and tomato vine notes on full display.

Mouth: structured, bittersweet dark chocolate, earthy Cab Franc, capsicum, ripe tomato, black currant, wild plum, subtle woody oak
