Marciano Estate Cabernet Sauvignon St Helena Napa Valley 2018

Marciano Estate represents years of cultivating beauty from this singular vineyard. Harvested between September 28th and October 22nd, all of our grapes are hand-picked at night to keep the fruit chilled, then gently hand-sorted, fermented, barrel-aged 22 months in French oak barrels, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This 2018 vintage is one of the richest most complex Marciano Estate Cabernet Sauvignon we have produced yet to date. Upon release, a stunning dark red color with intensely complex aromas of raspberry jam, dark chocolate mocha, cardamon, sage, molasses, licorice, and blackberries. On the palate, the wine greets you with layers of soft, rich tannins that build to a luscious midpalate, culminating in a generous round finish layered with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and baking spices. Exceptionally generous in its youth with 1-2 hours decanting. Highly recommend cellaring to allow a beautiful bouquet. Ageability 30+ Years.
