The positioning of this vineyard is ideal for growing Syrah, preserving acidity and spice while keeping the sweetness and fruitiness in check. This is a medium-full bodied wine with great texture and mouthfeel. Lots of varietal flavor with great minerality, this is an Israeli wine with solid Rhone roots.
