Herzog Single Vineyard Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Knights Valley is a narrow, high-elevation region on the eastern edge of Sonoma County. Ocean breezes filter in from the west, bringing a noticeable cooling effect. Despite this, Knights Valley experiences warm days and cool nights, making it the warmest AVA in Sonoma County. Much of the valley is characterized by soils rich in volcanic ash and clay. 

Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family’s ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. With innovation and creativity, we are able to explore the intricacies of terroir and the uniqueness of time and place in the vineyard.
