Our 2025 Acacia Semillon is a unique release. It was barrel-fermented and subsequently aged sur lie for 11 months in acacia puncheons, making it only the second kosher wine to exclusively utilize acacia. This meticulous process imparts oily characteristics on the palate and allows the striking green aromatics to shine.
