Domaine Roses Camille 2014
Domaine Roses Camille 2014
From Sommelier Andrew Breskin: I am very excited to invite you to own the newest releases from Domaine Roses Camille, Pomerol, Bordeaux. We have been impatiently waiting for these wines to be released, and the time is finally here. To me, these wines represent a series of highly desirable, benchmark vintages that are some of the finest wines that will have been made this decade. The 2014 Domaine Roses Camille is a youthful powerhouse. The vintage was certainly a step above the 2011 and 2012 harvests, and this is evident in the wine. This is an intense, big, rich, finely structured wine. It is delicately perfumed, packed with black fruits and a dark, firm texture. At the same time, the acidity is vibrant and the tannins are generous, suggesting a wine that should age. Yet, showing playful and refined fruit, this wine is indeed very pleasurable now. Rely on meaningful development over the long term.
