The highly structured 2011 vintage is finally beginning to open up. Lovely aromas of raspberry and tobacco, this wine shows more lovely flavors of dutch chocolate and espresso, with a very rich texture and mouthcoating tannins. Perfect for a juicy steak, after an hour in the decanter. A breathtaking wine of epic proportions.
