Covenant Mensch Roussanne Lodi California

There is not much Roussanne, one of the Rhône Valley’spremier white grapes, grown in California. These grapes are sourced from grower Larry Mettler’s vineyard in Lodi.

Whole cluster pressed then fermented in neutral oak with native yeast, the wine was bottled after relatively short barrel aging (6 months), which maintains purity of fruit.
