Binyamina Chosen Onyx Chardonnay

Avnei Hahoshen Onyx consists of grapes from two vineyards, one in the Judean Hills and the other in the Upper Galilee on the Meron mountain range. Both vineyards are characterized by terra rossa soil over hard limestone bedrock, yielding small crops of Chardonnay, rich in aroma and complexity, and balanced by high acidity. The grapes from the vineyards in the Galilee are bursting with ripe and mildly tropical fruit flavors with floral notes, the grapes from the vineyard in the Judean hills add a clean minerality and zesty fresh citrus finish
