Beit El Single Vineyard Carignan 2023

This special production Rhone style wine starts with fine grapes grown in Beit El's own Beit El vineyards. The special weather combined with unique red mineral filled soil, provide the optimal conditions necessary for balanced ripening. The Cliff View Carignan is aged for 6 months in select barrels. It has ripe blackberry, vanilla, and nutmeg flavors. Dark fruit flavors linger on the palate through a long, graceful finish. This inimitable red varietal will reward aging, but is beautifully complex and enjoyable now.
